A Shropshire Barn Wedding Venue Welcomes their Bride and Groom
Burlton Manor Wedding Photographer
Set just a few miles outside of my home town of Ellesmere and nestled in the delightful Shropshire countryside, is the best kept secret in the Wedding world, Burlton Manor. What can I say about this incredible new venue and my first Burlton Manor Wedding? It has all the love and vision of the new owners and it screams quality throughout.
Burlton Manor is a very pretty, and picturesque, wedding venue in the north of Shropshire. A brand new wedding venue filled with beautiful airy spaces throughout the renovated barns with ample picture opportunities to fill your boots many times over.
In short, it was the most amazing venue for this lovely bride and groom and a perfect place for me to work my PB magic.
Wherever you look you can clearly see no expense has been spared, or vision denied, in creating this bespoke wedding venue with the most amazing facilities set in sumptuous grounds.
A brand new Shropshire wedding venue that truly needs to be seen.
Olly and Kim met me at one of the local wedding fayres and some time before all the issues we recently faced. During this time they decided to revisit their plans, and look for a new venue. They already knew what they wanted so, when they heard about this exciting new Shropshire wedding venue, they felt it deserved a look. I am sure they are more than glad they did. What developed from ideas, sketches and plans to an actual Burlton Manor Wedding has been nothing short of impressive.
I asked Olly and Kim for their own thoughts around their Burlton Manor Wedding. Read on for more from this gorgeous couple or simply enjoy the following images from their incredible wedding day.
A truly lovely couple and a wedding journey that will remain with me for many a year.
Here are Olly’s thoughts around his wedding day and how he and Kim met.
“We met online in 2014 (I’m originally from Wolves). I’m meeting for the first time Kim was initially just relieved I didn’t have a strong Yam Yam accent ?.
We were engaged in October 2017. We originally planned to marry in 2019, but spent the money on buying a house instead. So July 2020 was the first official date for the wedding, but we all know what happened after that.
For the day itself, Kim, 99.9% of the physical look and feel of the wedding was all Kim. As a graphic designer by profession, she spent ages designing stationary, printing and laser cutting etc.
On the day memories, well it’s like putting your head in a blender for the day. It all comes so thick and fast. Some highlights for me were greeting everyone on the way into the church – the only time I managed to see everyone.
Also the photos at the venue with you and the groomsmen and brides maids were a laugh.
In all it was everything we hoped for.“
Here are some images from their beautiful Burlton Manor Wedding. A day that began at Kim’s Father’s home followed by a wonderful Church ceremony. They then their way cross country to the awaiting team.
