Sandon Hall is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Staffordshire and I have had the privilege of visiting this incredible venue on several occasions now.
The mansion’s interior and stunning gardens make it the dream venue for a wedding, civil partnership or humanist celebration. The mansion and it’s grounds, affords a stunning backdrop for any occasion, and it even boasts it’s own 13th century Church too. So you can choose from a variety of locations for your big day. All Saints Church is but a short ride from the mansion and is truly a beautiful setting for a religious wedding ceremony.
No wonder Anne and Martin choose this incredible place to host their wedding day.

The interior of Sandon Hall is just incredible, from the amazing stairs to the simply incredible interior, it drips with authenticity that few venues can compete with.

All Saints Church
The beautiful Church, just a short ride from Sandon Hall, was the perfect place for Martin and Anne to get married. The Church is within the grounds of Sandon Hall and easily accessed via the main road or across the grounds of Sandon Hall itself. This Church is so beautiful and offers a truly enchanting backdrop to any religious wedding.

The lighting a Church offers is truly divine. The way it cascades through the stained glass is simply breathtaking, a truly painterly light that perfectly compliments my more artistic approach. No need for flash here, just allow that light to bathe the scene. Embrace that light and let it breathe.

I always try and record the signing of the register (as it used to be called) in a more natural and candid way. No need to pose, just let the moments flow without interruption, your story, your way, every step of the way. This has always been my mantra and I still love watching as these events unfold. Observational photography for all those precious, timeless moments.

Confetti At All Saints Church

Like most Churches I have had the pleasure of working at, All Saints Church allow confetti as long as it is either natural or at the very least, biodegradable. But please do check with Sandon Hall first before making your plans for confetti as rules can, and do, change.

Sandon Hall Weddings
Anne and Martin’s wedding was truly one of the most relaxed and simply wonderful days spent at Sandon Hall. My more creative, documentary approach, to their wedding day was perfectly aligned to their own aspirations. I have a real love of observational photography and always look for those gorgeous images with natural light. If this is what you want for your special day, then please do feel free to get in touch and have a chat over your plans.
In the meantime here are a few more images from their special day at Sandon Hall.
